I feel that this song is meant to emcompass her issues with drugs and mental illness. The song goes into a little depth about what triggers these self destructive behaviors but also what they are.

In the lyric "Ends with a sniff or a huff or injection,I can’t handle rejection..." She talks about her drug use but then follows that up with the fact that she can't handle rejection, hinting at what lead her to do drugs or in a broader sense, that rejection is a trigger for her to do drugs. In another line, later into the song, Doja gives us a breif yet unsettling look into her self harming tendencies.

"My brother finds blood I say, "Shut up 'fore she sees"" Gives us a story as follows: Her brother finds blood near or on Doja which is assumed to be because of self harm and Doja tells him to keep quiet so that "she" doesn't see. This "she" is heavily implied to be her mom since the line before says "I say, "Mother never weep"". Which could also be an act of reassurance from Doja, for her mother not to worry about her. But this reassurance doesn't seem to work out for Doja or at least she thinks so because of this encounter with her brother she says "Won-wonder will she weep, won-wonder where she be".

The emotional expression of Doja in this song was near perfect for me and that fact that it paints a clear story which ties in to all the other seemingly random lyrics related to her mental anguish makes it 10x better. I respect the meaning behind the song and it's relatable to a lot of people including myself. I expect nothing less from such a talented artist.
